Subclass Inspiration
- The Avenger's theme revolves around Christian demonology, as he becomes an Imposter through Ozma's Blood Curse, and later overcoming its corruption through his Awakenings.
- In the Neo: Avenger's lore, he realizes that Lemidios had always been watching over him, which is why his idle cosmetic, including some of his skills are now imbued the power of light.

- An Avenger refers to a person who takes revenge for an offense, befitting the subclass due to being cursed by Ozma.
- An Immortal is another way to describe eternal life and being exempt from death.

Thunder Mine - Looks to resemble The Incredible Hulk's Gamma Wave move used in the Marvel vs Capcom series.
Spinning Deformation's animation of transforming into a wheel to attack could either resemble Sonic the Hedgehog's Spin Dash or Pyron's Zodiac Fire from the Darkstalkers fighting game series.
Devil's Fist - While very identical to Tetsuo Shima's Mutated prosthetic arm from the 1982 manga/anime film Akira, the attack itself could be based on K9999's Help! My power... It's running wild! special move from King of Fighters who in turn was inspired by Tetsuo.
