Poles are physical weapons used by Battle Mages and Swift Masters, who can take advantage of their effectiveness at close range. It is a weaker but faster alternative to the Spear. Unlike the Spear, their physical damage is lower but speed much improved, as well as some magical power to enhance the abilities of a more magic-oriented Battle Mage.
