Blanc Nehjou is a Launcher and a member of the Grim Seekers. He appears as an opponent within Tower of Despair's Floor 72, assisting the Adventurers in becoming Azalea Lott's prophesized 'Refined Blade'. After the Tower departs from Arad, his whereabouts are unknown.
Lore
History
Like many of the inhabitants of the Tower of Despair, Blanc Nehjou's true origins remain a mystery. He is the inhabitant of the 72nd Floor, and that alone is a testament to his strength. Nehjou dedicates himself to achieving his dream of 'The Male Launcher Resurgence,' increasing his strength to bring glory to the Male Launcher profession.
During the Arad Adventure Era, Nehjou bides his time training himself and adventurers who enter the Tower to prepare for the inevitable confrontation with the Apostles. But after Azalea's untimely demise, Nehjou, like many of the other inhabitants, leave the tower. However, he does not join alongside the Seven Grim Seeker Hardliners and departs to locations unknown.

Strategy
- Blanc Nehjou does not have any special gimmicks related to his skills other than lowered cooldown for certain skills.
- While above 50% HP, Nehjou will play offensively and run after you. However, when below 50%, he plays defensively and attempts to avoid your attacks by hiding in the corners.
- Blanc Nehjou excels in the X-axis range. Prioritize using skills that attack in the Y-axis to avoid most of his attacks. While doing this, attempt to bait out his Satellite Beam and FM-92 Stinger SW to minimize his threat level.
- At the beginning of the fight, Blanc Nehjou will focus on casting Satellite Beam. Either interrupt his channeling to cancel the skill or focus on avoiding the lasers for 10 seconds while staying out of Nehjou's attack range. If the player happens to die during this duration, Satellite Beam will still undergo its 60 second downtime.
- One of the downsides of being a Launcher, Nehjou lacks Super Armor on many of his attacks and is highly susceptible to Hitstun.

Trivia
- Blanc Nehjou is one of two Empyrean characters who have cat ears; the other being Biyan.
- Blanc Nehjou's Tower of Despair Floor 72 KR title dialogue is a reference to an interview with the controversial 'meme' contestant Go Jun-gyu from the KR show Superstar K in 2009. In which, he criticized how the current world of Korean music was biased towards idol singers and girl groups, which focused primarily on repetitive songs, while claiming that he would lead a new wave of Rock music in Korea.
