• Max Level: 40

Notes

• Increases Strength or Intelligence to be the same as the higher of the two stats. Afterwards both Strength and Intelligence is increased further along with Physical Critical Hit Rate and Magical Critical Hit Rate.
• Strength and Intelligence gains from abilities/buffs will not be affected by this skill.
