Description

Gives the ability to move while using Hurricane and increases its attack strength.

• Cost: 1 TP
• Max level: 2

Notes

• The movememnt speed increases the movement speed of the hurricane not your normal movement speed.
• The skill maxes out at level 2 but you can use a Tactician's Contract to increase it to level 3.
