Horrendous Astaros is one of Ozma's Three Dark Knights who represents Fear and was sealed away in Dark Side during the events surrounding Black Crusade against the Priest Order. She's also responsible for ambushing Nilvas Gracia that results in him becoming an Avenger. In Season 6, she takes on a antagonistic role involving the Black Order Resurgence to resurrect her master.

• She shares a few similarities to DIO, one of the main antagonists from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure in which both characters have the ability to stop time and being an arch-nemesis towards a family bloodline with her's being the Gracias.
