Description

Explodes natural elements, creating an elemental field.
The elemental field, as it's created inflicts all kinds of elemental damage on enemies within its range.
This elemental field remains for a set period, increasing the Oblivion's elemental damage while he is in it.
 Dark Eyes applies the  Elemental Bombardment effect on this skill.
