Description

The Neo: Elemental Bomber has discovered a new power of the Abyss and contained a small universe inside himself.
His overflowing mana from this new development has darkened one of his eyes.

Enables to chain all skills via Elemental Bombardment. Increases Atk. for Basic attacks and Advanced skills except Chain Lightning. Also, creates additional effects for certain skills.
