Description

Summons Kalla of Dark Flame.png Kalla of Dark Flame, who sends doppelgangers to attack enemies.

  • If in Afterimage of Keiga.png Afterimage of Keiga, Kalla of Dark Flame.png Kalla's force is bestowed on the sword to increase the Atk. for basic/Dash Attack.
  • When hit by Kalla of Dark Flame.png Kalla's doppelgangers or by a sword attack, enemies burn with dark flames that deal Shadow Damage.
  • Up to 3 dark flames can be stacked on an enemy, and ignore Defense.
  • Recasting this skill turns Kalla of Dark Flame.png Kalla into a dark flame sword that attacks with dual swords in a right/left/upward slash combo.
  • Enemies hit by the dark flame sword are ignited with dark flame.
  • Phantasmal Slayer (Soul Bender).png Phantasmal Slayer, Ghost Slash Drive.png Ghost Slash Drive, and Full Moonlight Slash.png Full Moonlight Slash ignite enemies that are set ablaze by Kalla of Dark Flame.png Kalla.

Notes

  • All normal attacks will fire projectiles for the active duration.
  • Able to fire as many times as the user can in mid-air, including Backstep.png Backstep.
  • Casting Speed will allow more Flames to be shot.
  • The dual sword attack will not automatically happen if this skill naturally times out.
  • A normal jump with approximately 55% Casting Speed will allow 2 fireballs to be shot in midair using Aerial Chain Slash.png Aerial Chain Slash with ease. ~75-80% allows 3 fireballs.
  • Modifies the Soul Bender's basic attack string: Without Ghost Step.png Ghost Step, the Soul Bender only does single attacks, while with Ghost Step.png Ghost Step he does a three-hit combo.
  • Can be improved with Kalla of Dark Flame Upgrade.png Kalla of Dark Flame Upgrade.
  • Phantasmal Slayer (Soul Bender).png Phantasmal Slayer, Ghost Slash Drive.png Ghost Slash Drive, and Full Moonlight Slash.png Full Moonlight Slash can detonate the dark flames on enemies, dealing additional magic damage.
