•  Kazan
•  Ice Saya
•  Hazy-Eyed Bremen
•  Ghost Slash
•  Plague Rhasa
•  Kalla of Dark Flame

Also increases  Magical Critical Chance and  Kazan's effective range and Casting Speed. (Casting Speed bonus only applied to Soul Benders).

This skill's skill level bonus is applied only once.
