Description

Summons Saya, who deals water-based damage and periodically  Freeze (Status) enemies within a certain radius.
Summoning Saya, while another persists, moves the older version to your current location, renewing its duration.
The Freeze effect can be toggled on/off.

Notes

• Essential skill with good damage, large area coverage, plus freezing effect.
• Deals maximum of 10 hits as each hit is inflicted on target every second.
• Be cautious of distance, since a half second casting time can be enough for opponent to interrupt.
• Intelligence and Magical Atk. are determined at time of summoning and will not change for the duration that this skill is active.
• Casting  Hazy-Eyed Bremen increases the damage and the chance of freezing.
• Can be improved with  Ice Saya Upgrade.
