Description
Changes Basic attacks' Atk to Magical Independent Atk.
Enables use of Broomsticks and increase their 
Casting Speeds and 
Hit Rates.
While equipped with a Broom, press Jump during a dash to rise into the air. Afterward, hit 
repeatedly to attack while flying. Hit the left/right direction key while in midair to fly-dash. Press jump during a jump to descend slowly.

Notes
Automatically acquired upon advancing as a Witch.
- Holding the jump key will cause her to go higher.
- While pressing the direction she is traveling in will cause her to go faster.
- Backstepping and dashing before landing on the ground will allow the Witch to do an aerial dash in the direction she is facing. This is useful for getting out of certain sticky spots.
