Increases Physical/Magical Weapon Atk. and Hit Rate for Claws, and make them create a chance of  Bleeding (Status) their targets. Right-click to toggle on/off the Bleeding effect.

When using Claw type weapons, increases the Brawler's Physical Attack, Magical Attack, and Hit Rate and abnormal status level for  Poison Throw,  Needle Throw,  Block Throw,  Net Throw, and  Dirty Barrel
