Description

Can be sued from the ground or air.
Fires a vibrating arrow combined with a versatile anchor tool used for tenting and climbing, harnessing the power of the mist. The arrow shoots out anchors just before it hits the ground, creating a shock wave, and then spins furiously as it scrapes the ground. Finally, it retracts the anchors, pulling out a chunk of rock and crashing it into the center, inflicting massive damage to enemies within range.
