Briefing	The Launchers of Empyrean were peacemakers guarding Empyrean against the demonic organization known as the Kartel. I used to fight alongside them myself. Prior to my descent to Arad, we had developed an amazing weapon to devastate the Kartel: we called it the Satellite Bomb. If it had been completed back then, things would have turned out quite differently… Since my arrival at Arad, I’ve been looking for a way to communicate with that powerful satellite. But I just heard from Seria that Ancient Elves used to have a communication device as well. The only thing is, she wouldn’t tell me much about it at all. You’re pretty close with her, aren’t you? Would you be a darling and ask her about that communications device?

Briefing	The Ancient Elves... Yes, they developed a device to remotely communicate with other Elves by using psychic energy. The proper name of the device was known as the Ancient Receiver. I knew Lady Kiri would try to learn more about that receiver, even if I didn't mention it to her. It's just... The receiver is so powerfully enchanted that it can drive ordinary humans berserk if they stand too close to it. The good news is that i think you're strong enough to handle the receiver's power. Okay, fine... I'll tell you where it is. The receiver is near King's Relic in Aphelia Post. Please be careful! Indeed, King's Relic is a dangerous place, but the Ancient Receiver could cause even more damage to your mind.
