Kazan Syndrome

Kazan Syndrome is the supernatural ailment whose origins had been linked to the fallen warrior, Kazan. A malady with no cure, Kazan Syndrome has afflicted countless victims with increased physical strength at the cost of severe mental degradation, turning the affected into mindless monsters, much like the eponymous Kazan himself.

Though commonly prevalent in humans, this syndrome can also affect other species with the example being the Dark Elf Roxy, who had contracted the syndrome and would later fall victim to its full effects. Roxy and the Slayers who have been afflicted with Kazan Syndrome have been known to society as Berserkers.

A mental breakdown named after Kazan, the god of destruction. As the symptoms progress, the patient's pupils change color and his physical capabilities improve, but his anger also overwhelms his reason, eventually turning him into a mindless monster.

Kazan Syndrome is incurable, and avoiding emotional distress is the only way to slow down its deadly effects.

Some patients experience mutation in one arm, which makes their condition apparent to the people around them.

오래전, 소멸의 신 카잔으로부터 시작되었다는 정신붕괴 상태.
증세가 악화되면 눈동자의 색깔이 변하고 신체 능력이 대단히 상승하지만 이성을 잃고 눈앞에 있는 모든 것을 파괴하게 된다.
현재까지는 불치병이며 지나친 감정의 폭발을 피하면서 조용히 살아가는 방법밖에는 없다.
가끔 한쪽 손이 기괴하게 변하기도 하는데 모든 환자에게서 발생하지는 않는 것으로 알려져 있다.

Kazan Syndrome:
A kind of mental collapse believed to have originated from the god of destruction, Kazan.
As it progresses, it changes the patient's eye color and significantly improves their physical capability. It also turns them into a mindless killing machine.
Currently, there is no cure for this condition. The only way to manage it is to avoid emotional outbursts and live quietly.
Although this is rare, it also sometimes causes deformation in one hand.
