Cohen is an Empyrean Soldier who assists stopping Luke under the command of Hiram Klauf.
History
Cohen is a male launcher, and a member of the Coast Guard, an Empyrean military subdivision currently headed by Hiram Klauf and three others. He is often quiet and not so talkative.
As he is a part of the Coast Guard, who sided with the Empyrean Nobility during the Empyrean Civil War, the Adventurer and the Empyrean Loyalists, Tammy, Woon Lyonir, and Lucas, meet him again with another fellow Coast Guard colleague, Mue, and tries to stop the Adventurer but to little avail.
At the second phase of the Civil War, after the Adventurer comes back from dealing with the Kashipas in the Pandemonium War, the two would meet again, after the Adventurer defeats his mother in combat. It is revealed that Cohen is a Northpiece noble, and that he had ran away from home. But despite his disobedience, he still cares for his mother, and pleads for the Adventurer to help her, which the Adventurer obliges and this earns them Cohen's respect and gratitude.
The Adventurer meets Cohen again and the man betrays his superiors by giving the Adventurer a map of places where Hiram Klauf placed bombs at key areas, in order to destroy the Capital Island. He runs off afterwards, probably to go back before suspicions would be raised against his loyalty.
The Adventurer, Woon Lyonir, and Jackter, the Eagle Eye, meet Cohen once again, but this time the man is down and injured. Jackter tries to help him up but does not notice the bomb behind Cohen. In vain, Cohen tries to warn Jackter, but in the end, the bomb goes off, killing Cohen and grievously injuring Jackter to the point that the Commander succumbs to his wounds, comforted by the Adventurer in his last moments.
