She presents herself before the Adventurer in an attempt to end their resistance against the coup, and though is quickly dispatched, her son Cohen arrives and begs the Adventurer to spare his mother, and swears to say nothing of their presence in Northpiece.

Though it may be entirely coincidental, Rowan's name is composed of the last names of former WWE Superstars and former Tag Team Champions Erick Rowan and the late Luke Harper.
