History
Not much is known about Silver Light Tagor or how this mysterious woman became part of the Kashipa. Dressed in Gothic Lolita, carrying an umbrella and speaking in third person, She and Thalia are sent out to Dark City ordered by Soul Keeper Mondegreen to kill any slaves that are hiding there.
