(Upon entering the Boss Room) (As the Imperial Army party advances forward, a large demonic creature falls from the sky and blocks their path.) Grandis Gracia That's...! Chaos Follower Despero Are you seeking Despair? Hah hah hah. You'll never reach him. I'll cut you into pieces before you do! Grandis Gracia He looks more dangerous than before. He's gotten stronger, too. Chaos Follower Despero Mwa hah hah! Chaos is with me! Allen Grant Step back! (Despero unfurls his wings and releases a shockwave of green dark energy. The party quickly moves to avoid the attack and is pushed back.) Allen Grant Let's attack at once! (Upon defeating the Boss) Chaos Follower Despero Ugh... (A cloud of smoke appears beside Despero. From it, a familiar figure emerges.) Shinjang Midnight's Darkness! Chaos Follower Despero Midnight's Darkness...! You're back...! I won't hold you to account for what happened to Devastar. Now that Chaos is awakening, we are all His creatures... Let's punish those who try to stop His resurrection! Midnight's Darkness Creatures... (Midnight's Darkness pauses for a moment and mumbles a singular word upon hearing Despero's words.) Chaos Follower Despero What are you waiting for? (Midnight's Darkness turns toward Despero.) Chaos Follower Despero Yes, help me- (Midnight's Darkness harnesses his energy and suddenly turns his attack on Despero.) Chaos Follower Despero Kkkhhkkk...! What are you...? Midnight's Darkness I'm not Chaos's creature. I'm a god. I'll be the savior who will bring true redemption. For that, I need your help, Despero. Chaos Follower Despero Grr... You're trying to... (A vortex of energy emerges from Midnight's Darkness's arm. A bright light flashes, and Despero's body vanishes.) Grandis Gracia steal another Pureblood's power...! Allen Grant We can't let him do that! Midnight's Darkness Whew... It'll take a while for me to fully absorb his power. (Shinjang steps forward toward Midnight's Darkness.) (Midnight's Darkness leaps away.) Shinjang Adventurer! (The surroundings fade to black.) (The Adventurer awakens alone in a mysterious corridor to voice echoing in the wind.) ??? I'm your despair, fear... destruction... confusion... Open your eyes. You're not different from us. Tear apart the false truth and face Chaos. (The Adventurer continues down the corridor until an Imposter blocks their path.) Adventurer (If the Adventurer is not an Avenger / Mistress) Where am I? That's... an Imposter...? No... That's... me... (If the Adventurer is an Avenger / Mistress) This is... I became an Imposter... Then, that's me... ??? (If the Adventurer is a Male Priest) One who pursues false justice, face your inner self and accept the truth. (If the Adventurer is a Female Priest) One who has received stigmas, stop ignoring your inner self and accept the truth. (If the Adventurer is an Avenger / Mistress) Accept your destiny, recipient of Chaos's blood. Face your inner self. I'll never submit to you! (As the Adventurer defeats their Imposter double, a pulse changes their surroundings, followed by a bright light.) (The Adventurer awakes to the voice of Grandis.) Grandis Gracia [ Brother / Sister ]! (The Adventurer manages to get back on their feet.) Allen Grant Oh, dear God... You didn't ignore my prayers. Judy Ringwood Good, I've got many things to finish before I die by your hand. Shinjang Bah, we've sustained too much damage to celebrate this victory. Judy Ringwood Unlike you, our soldiers didn't go back to normal. We had no choice... Grandis Gracia Dear Lemidios, please relieve them from their pain.
