Increases Atk. for  Seismic Crash and improves shockwave range and Atk. for  Knee Kick - Bottom Throw,  Fling - Bottom Downward Kick,  Break Down,  Snap Shot,  Air Steiner,  Slam Kick,  Magnumsault,  Rolling Spike,  Wild Cannon Spike,  Rhythmic Assault,  Focused Fury,  Black Tornado, and  Technique: Storm Diver.
