Increases Piercing Strength of weapon attacks and increases the Immobility Duration on hit targets. This bonus affects nearby Gunners as well.

SP per rank: 20
Piercing Strength refers to the chance of a bullet passing through a mob to hit something else behind it
- This is calculated per bullet per hit
The Skill's effects also applies to Allied Gunners (Party Members and Friendly APCs) around the Spitfire
