Description

Creates sharp icicles which scatter and spread fragments everywhere. A random number of fragments fly a set distance and pierce anything, inflicting damage.

• SP per level: 30
• Casting Time: Instant Cast
• Cooldown: 8 sec.

Notes

• The fragment count is 2-4 at all levels, but the skill launches 6 barrages of these fragments. Total fragment count ranges between 12~24.
• For majority of the fragments to hit a single target, it is advised to cast the skill directly in front of the intended target.
• Fragments travel in an cone shaped area through enemies and walls to its maximum X-axis and Y-axis flight distance (~750Px and ~+/-150Px respectively).
• User is invincible during the duration of the skill (PvE only).
• Inflicts water-attribute magic damage.
• Can be upgraded with Grand Shatter Upgrade.
