Briefing	Santorini Hello, Adventurer. My name is Santorini, and I'm the Chairman of Congress of the Principality. I came to see you because I need your help. This has to do with that storm and the suspicious wind that's been blowing toward Palo Bay. Could you come with me? I'd like you to be there when I report to Her Majesty.
Objectives	Head to the Hendon Myre City Hall with Santorini.
Upon Completion	Skardi Santorini, you're back! And the Adventurer?  Santorini I invited them to come with me, so I could get their advice on our situation. It's a shame that we didn't have time to discuss this over a nice cup of tea.  Skardi You did the right thing. How's the situation at Palo Bay?  Santorini As you asked, I rode a Magatha and checked the situation from above. It's worse than we thought. Tiny but numerous rifts have been formed and spread around Palo Bay. It's possible they're the reason for the ships that recently have disappeared from the trade routes along the Bay.  Skardi Palo Bay... So, Joah Ferrero was telling the truth. But that can't be our real problem. Leaves can't grow without roots.  Santorini No. Thanks to my skilled dark elf drivers, I was able to bring the Magatha close to the storm. Just as our mages reported, it had gotten bigger than it first occurred. The dark elves also said that the dimensional energy felt from the storm had thickened.  Skardi We'll have to believe what they say. The dark elves are better than us when it comes to dimensions and magic.  Santorini The rupture in the center of the storm was so severe, you could see it with the naked eye. It radiated strange energy that even I could feel, and I'm incapable of magic. It was as if there was another world on the other side of the gap.

Briefing	Skardi I really hoped this wasn't the case. Gosh, it's one thing after another...  Santorini None of this is your fault, Your Majesty. We just happened to get in one bad situation after another.  Skardi Thank you for your kind words, and I'm sorry I complained. Santorini, please prepare a message to send to the Priest Order. I really didn't want to do this, but it's time we organize an investigation group to send into the storm.  Santorini Thank you for your prompt decision, Your Majesty. This means we'll need transport that's big enough to carry an army. An airship that's also durable enough to withstand that storm. As one, everyone looked outside the window. The Elrox, the airship of Empyrean, could be seen flying in the darkened night sky. In the heavy silence that filled the City Hall, everyone watched as it slowly moved across the night sky, as bright as a guiding light in the dark sea.  Santorini That's the Elrox, right? I passed it by when I flew on the Magatha. It's impressive in a difference sense from the Saint Horn. Empyrean has sent it across the Middle Ocean to investigate the dimensional storm.  Skardi I'll personally request help from the Ziben Kingdom. I don't think it'll refuse since it's just as affected as we are by that storm.  Santorini Neither do I, Your Majesty. So, it's going to be a busy day today. Now, Adventurer, if you will excuse me...  Skardi Do you understand the situation, Adventurer? This time, we're going to send an investigation group directly into the dimension beyond that storm. Its members will have to risk their lives for this expedition. I know I'm being shameless, but please, could you lend me a hand one more time? Briefing	Santorini I got on the Elrox before you to talk to Empyrean's Great General about the investigation group. It turned out the Ziben Kingdom has been on its own investigation. I'm sure you all are aware of the situation already, but let me jog up your memory before we launch our operation. My team has been investigating this storm that came up through the Middle Ocean and the dimensional rifts around it. As a result, we've found out that numerous dimensional rifts are continuously formed inside the storm and there are entities that threaten the barrier between dimensions. The Prions, as the Empire calls. Also, some time ago energy waves started being radiated from the center of the storm, and they were alarmingly powerful.  Isabella Can this also have to do with the Prions?  Hugh Fitzlary No. According to Miche-  Michelle (HUGH!)  Hugh Fitzlary Ahem! According to an authority in dimensional science, these waves are not so simple that some creatures can create.  Great General Woon Lyonir The problem is, these waves also have been also spreading to the rifts around the storm, like ink would across white paper.  Santorini We've noticed that, too. They've also caused rifts around Palo Bay.  Isabella Hm... But it felt so real...  Santorini Judging by the strength of the energy that I felt from its original dimension, if it was the real thing, none of us would have survived.
