Storm-Called Castle was a special dungeon consisting of areas from Destroyed Castle of the Dead that was added within the Season 7 - Act 08, Codename: GAEBOLG patch. After accepting and completing [Storm's Wrath] Investigate the Storm's Wrath quest to unlock the Side quest, [Storm-Called Castle] A New Rift from NPC Hugh Fitzlary, players can gain access to this content where they can farm for 
Gold, numerous materials, renewed Artifacts for Creatures, and Dark Fragmented Abyss Equipment.
As of the Season 8 - Act 01: Seon patch, Storm-Called Castle has been removed from the Global client and replaced with Quantum Casino.

Description
A new rift has been discovered with the dimensional storm. Hugh Fitzlary's observations warn that this rift holds both great fortune and unknown dangers. But nothing can be known or gained from a distance. You must get closer. You've got to learn more before the storm can play its tricks on you.
