Gate
Description
The massive gate blocking the entry to the Sky Tower. Originally created by Bakal to protect the Tower, it had been left abandoned after its master died. It came back to life when it felt Apostle Sirocco's energy permeating the air inside the Tower. It's determined to protect its tower against all intruders, whoever they are.
Lore
Lore Excerpt:
"Was that gate there before?"
The Imperial soldiers that had been guarding the entrance to the Sky Tower didn't know what to do about this shut gate. This gate, faintly outlined by the light of the burning purple flames, looked as imposing as the Apostle that was once the owner of the Tower. There was no real need to be afraid of this. The said Apostle was killed, and the other Apostle that's lurking behind this gate will soon be cut down by the Empire. But...
"Let's report to Her Highness for now."
They'd chosen their instinct for survival over their loyalty toward their country. But the moment they turned against the gate and hastily took a step forward, the ground shook and the gate opened its eyes.
"Who dares intrude the Sky Tower?"

Move Set
- Eye Laser: Upon entering the Gate's room, it'll become invincible for 3 seconds as it fires out a front-line laser beam from it's eyes.
- Tracking Eye Laser: By randomly choosing a party member as it's target, Gate fires down a orange laser at that specific target inflicting moderate to heavy damage if hit.
- Summon Subordinates: The Gate can summons numerous Encroached Grim Seeker mobs to interfere in the fight, they can be easily taken down.
- Mana Cannon: Behind party members is a Mana Cannon that helps out fighting Gate. Whenever Summon Subordinates are killed, it charges up the Cannon's magic power meter. Once the meter is maxed out, it'll fire towards Gate that deals 25% of it's HP.
Strategy
- The Gate is overall an extremely easy boss to dispatch of, however it can be considered a DPS check for all 4 parties during the beginning of Phase 1 alongside the 5 Minute dungeon limit.
- Do wait for Gate to finish it's Eye Laser and becomes vunerable before you attack first.
- DO NOT use hold-based skills on Gate as this not only results in going invincible for 5 seconds, but summons more mobs as retaliation.
- If your party is having trouble damaging Gate, have them take advantage of the Mana Cannon by both protecting it and killing those Summon Subordinates to charge up it's firepower. Alternatively, have the Crusader/Enchantress deploy their respective Neo: Awakenings Final Judgment, Laus di Angelus & Curtain Call as a extra boost, but do not waste your strongest skills before reaching Nameless Gatekeeper.
