The Follower of the Shepherd is one of the common enemies encountered in The Exile Mountains dungeon area.
In Black Purgatory, a 
variant of this monster with a Named Fresh Blood title can appear in each dungeon on lower sections, sporting a new look and drops rewards upon defeat.
