Description

Quickly moves around, attacking surrounding enemies multiples times, and then delivers a powerful finishing blow.
 Dry Out enables this skill to be used in the middle of another skill or a Basic attack. Wrath of God cannot be canceled by other skills or Basic attacks.

Requires  Will Driver.
