Frozen Soul is the Hell Freezer’s passive Awakening skill. The Hell Freezer emits an aura that freezes all enemies within a set range at a certain success rate after 2 seconds. In addition, the Hell Freezer gains bonus percent damage against frozen enemies within the specified range.

Details

  • Obtained immediately after awakening into the Hell Freezer.
  • Enemies must be within the set range and must be exposed to the aura for 2 seconds for the effects to apply. In PvE and PvP, the ranges are 1000 Px and 100 Px respectively.
  • After being frozen, enemies cannot be frozen again by this skill for a set period. In PvE and PvP, these refresh times are 10 seconds and 8 seconds respectively.
  • Freeze level, freeze chance, freeze duration, and additional bonus damage against frozen enemies increases per skill level. Note: Freeze duration reaches a hard cap of 5 seconds achieved at Lv 8.
  • This passive skill costs no MP and can be toggled ON/OFF.
  • This skill’s effect can freeze and agro enemies in cutscenes in explicitly those in Tower of the Dead.
  • This damage amplification works in combination with Path of Frost Upgrade, Raging Water Pillar and Ice Field.
  • Note: An effective strategy in PvE is to use both the Path of Frost Upgrade and this skill to chain freeze enemies.
