Description
Adds a Freeze Effect on Path of Frost.
Attributes
- TP per level: 2
- Max Level: 5
Notes
- Upon acquiring Level 1: Grants Path of Frost a base 50% freeze chance and a base 5 sec. freeze duration.
- Freeze chance increases the base freeze chance by 10% (+5%) per level.
- Freeze duration increases by +1 sec. per level after the first level.
- Freeze Level scales with Path of Frost's current level requirement.
- Note: Freeze effect does not apply in PvP.
