Rising Cut (Thief)

Description
Launching skill for the Thief class. When holding down the skill button, you will rise much higher and cause more damage, allowing for follow ups. Can be followed by a Rogue's Hit End

Level 1+ Thief
Details
- Command Input: Z
- Downtime: 2 seconds
- Super armor effect during activation
- Rogue's Hit End grants a Strength and Movement Speed Bonus.
