Rabble Rouser Rake is a Male Ranger and Kartel member. Prior to the Season IV: Origin update, Rake did have somewhat of a role during Ghent's quest-line in older scenarios until this was removed entirely, relegating him to that of a very minor character.

History

Barely much is known about Rake other than he's a Ranger that used to be associated with the Silver Spoon Circus until he defected from them and joined the Kartels during their war on Ghent. As Empyrean's Army assembles to prepare their Final Pursuit on what's left of their forces, the Adventurer would encounter Rake pretending to be one of their spies gathering Kartel information before being caught, so he accompanies them asking for help.

Meanwhile, the duo comes across Laini, an amnesic Female Launcher who confronts Rake claiming to be a traitor and intends on doing something suspicious to the Adventurer by bringing them to Gizel. Displeased by the "failed mission", Rake attempts killing them both and loses. As Laini interrogates Rake for an answer on what Gizel did to her, he never bothers to give one before dying.

As an Enemy

Rake makes his only appearance in Final Pursuit as either an ally APC or Named monster if he decides to betray the player. He'll use different skills from Male Ranger while frequently relying on Super Armor Potions.

• Rake's design is based on that of The Joker from Batman, although leaning towards The Dark Knight film's rendition of him.
