Description

Summons a lightning cloud over enemies. The cloud drops vajra-shaped lightning bolts at regular intervals on the Indra's target. When the cloud expires or the skill hotkey is pressed again all remaining vajras are dropped and a giant vajra is created to finish off enemies. The vajras inflict  Electrocution (Status).
