Twister of Judgement

Summons a twister for a set duration that chases an enemy to inflict damage. A 125% damage is inflicted on Undead, Demon, and Spirit monsters. The uppercut used to create the twister also inflicts damage.

• Monk Level 35+
• Second Uppercut Level 1+
• Ducking Uppercut Level 1+

• Only usable with Will Driver active
• Casting Time: Instant
• Downtime: 20 seconds
• PvP Downtime: 30 seconds
• PvP Start Downtime: 20 seconds

• Tornado will automatically track down enemies.
• The Uppercut will knock down the opponent but not the tornado.
• Can be improved with Twister of Judgement Upgrade
