Adventurer Fame or higher, then accept and complete the quest Ominousness Ensues. Functioning similarly to past content such as Hell Mode or Guide of Wisdom, players can acquire numerous rewards, with one of those being Level 105 Custom Epic Equipment alongside finding the newly added Mist Gear.
