Notes
- The first level is gained automatically upon becoming a Female Mechanic or Male Mechanic.
- The buff effect can't be stacked with multiple mechanics. Only the effect of the highest level remains.
- For allies only, doesn't affect the mechas of opponent.
- The buff affects robots summoned by Supporters.
