Description
Increases the Damage Reduction of Mana Shield. However, in exchange, the HP to MP Conversion is reduced.

- Increases Mana Shield's Damage Reduction by +2% per level.
- Decreases Mana Shield's HP to MP Conversion by -2% per level.
