It is a group comprised of Summoners who broke away from the Circle Mages that specialize in the use of the "Mind Control Ring", and believe that there is a second rule of summoning: "Summons are meant to dominate anything other than yourself." The organization is headed by Smilla, and its headquarters is located in Queens.
