Description
Creates an Ice Spear with the Water Attribute, spins it like a windmill, and then throws it at a target. The spinning spear can inflict multi-hit damage on nearby enemies.

- Skill Type: Active
- SP Cost: 30
- Cooldown: 8 seconds
- Manual Input: MP Consumption: -4.0% and Downtown: -2.0%
- When the ice spears are thrown forward, they offer minimal hit-stun and knockback enemies.
- Each spear can hit up to a maximum of 7 times.
