This has to do with that storm and the suspicious wind that's been blowing toward Palo Bay. Could you come with me? I'd like you to be there when I report to Her Majesty.

SantoriniIcon.png Santorini As you asked, I rode a Magatha and checked the situation from above. It's worse than we thought. Tiny but numerous rifts have been formed and spread around Palo Bay. It's possible they're the reason for the ships that recently have disappeared from the trade routes along the Bay.

SkardiIcon.png Skardi Palo Bay... So, Joah Ferrero was telling the truth. But that can't be our real problem. Leaves can't grow without roots.

SantoriniIcon.png Santorini No. Thanks to my skilled dark elf drivers, I was able to bring the Magatha close to the storm. Just as our mages reported, it had gotten bigger than it first occurred. The dark elves also said that the dimensional energy felt from the storm had thickened.

SkardiIcon.png Skardi We'll have to believe what they say. The dark elves are better than us when it comes to dimensions and magic.

SantoriniIcon.png Santorini The rupture in the center of the storm was so severe, you could see it with the naked eye. It radiated strange energy that even I could feel, and I'm incapable of magic. It was as if there was another world on the other side of the gap.

SantoriniIcon.png Santorini Thank you for your prompt decision, Your Majesty. This means we'll need transport that's big enough to carry an army. An airship that's also durable enough to withstand that storm.

As one, everyone looked outside the window. The Elrox, the airship of Empyrean, could be seen flying in the darkened night sky. In the heavy silence that filled the City Hall, everyone watched as it slowly moved across the night sky, as bright as a guiding light in the dark sea.

SantoriniIcon.png Santorini That's the Elrox, right? I passed it by when I flew on the Magatha. It's impressive in a difference sense from the Saint Horn. Empyrean has sent it across the Middle Ocean to investigate the dimensional storm.
