Sniff Kei is a Kashipa member who leads the Killer Unit, Dog Leash. He is tasked to seek out Ricardo after the incident involving Prey-Isys's egg that crash landed in Harlem.

Character Profile - Sniff Kei:
The leader of Dog Leash, Kashipa's killer unit.
He was under Doghead's command, and good at lying, instigating discord, and falsifying information..
He was famous for his ability to destroy opposing organizations from the inside out without any damage to Kashipa.
Doghead sent him on a chase after Ricardo, who ran away with an Apostle egg, and he got killed by a protector of the egg.
