Default	Siran So, how's Arad nowadays? Is it still a livable place, would you say? With all that's been going on with the Apostles and all, I can't seem to get a grasp on what's going on in the world anymore. Anyway, that's me, but you need to do whatever it takes to stay alive, you know what I mean? If you ever are in trouble, go ask Aganzo or Bwanga for help. Don't come to me, cuz I need a break. Ok?
	Siran I have no idea why I just won't age. It's got to mean that I've surpassed a certain level of swordsmanship, don't you think? I read somewhere that real masters just stop aging after a while! That's the only explanation I can think of. I'm just sayin'. Believe it or not. Whatever.
	Siran What? What? Why are you looking like that? You really shouldn't take life so seriously! Just try and enjoy yourself, like me. Trust me, when you have such a relaxed state of mind, living like a vagabond seems like the good life too!

Default	Siran What? Say it louder. I can't hear you when you mumble. What now? Apostle? Help? Why do you ask me? You're the young and strong one here. I'm sore, just sitting here. Believe it or not, I'm ancient. I don't look so old, you said? Well, I am, and don't ask me why I look so young 'cause I have no answer.
	Siran Look at you. You look like you have all the problems in the world resting on your shoulders. Stop being so dramatic. Everything solves itself one way or another. I know you don't believe me, but step back from what you're doing and observe. You'll find clues. Don't take everything so serious, all right?
	Siran I used to have a friend whom I could talk to. What a funny chap he was! One day, he and I sneaked into a farm to steal some... ... Why am I talking to you about him? Gosh, I must be senile. Forget it and just go. No one needs to hear about days long gone by.
	(Revelation of the Storm) Siran That storm is more serious than everyone would like to think. Whatever the investigation group finds out, it won't be easy to get rid of it. But leave it alone, and it'll create more trouble. Gah, what do we do? I'm losin' hair over stress from that dratted storm.
	(Revelation of the Storm) Siran I don't know what that storm has to do with dimensions, but it's definitely affecting time. The tiny cracks that have been formed across our time track are widenin' by the day. Sooner or later, they'll let in things that are alien and dangerous, or they can even completely warp our time track. Geez, this storm is nothin' but bad news! What the hell is it? Why is it messin' with us when we didn't do anything bad to it?

Default	Siran Going back in time from Tempus Centrum isn't that different from doing it through the Time Gate. You're familiar with the Time Gate, aren't you? What? You think there has to be a difference. Well, yes. If the Time Gate is a practice match, this is the real battle that can kill you.
	Siran I told you this storm was bad news, didn't I? I knew the moment I saw it it'd cause something serious like this. A moment late [sic], Iris and I would have had to enter the dimensional rupture to follow Sirocco's spiritual residue even if it killed us. The Empyreans may have physically created this dimensional ship, but I think it couldn't have been completed without your help.
	Siran See if I'm bleeding in the back of my head, will you? Why? The Time Lords are glaring daggers at me from far away. They're ready to step in the moment things go wrong. We must take care of this before they run out of patience.
	(Post-Meister's Laboratory) Siran Ugh, my back... Adventurer, I feel lucky to even be alive. Everywhere, lightning bolts fell from the dry sky, and pillars of fire shot up from the ground, and I almost suffocated from the heat. I barely managed to run away. Hilder wasn't using all her power, yet the pressure I felt from her was incomparable to any other enemy I'd fought in my life. I have to do something to hold my ground against her. Geez, who knew I'd decide to start training again in my old age? You live and learn, I guess.
	(Ispins Prelude) Siran You and I have traveled across spacetime numerous times, but I've never felt so unsafe before. That last time was dangerous enough. What's going to happen to us this time? I'd better brace myself.
	(Ispins Prelude) Siran Becky reminds me of my old self when I struggled to take you to some point of time that we had to go... Oh, wait. I'm still struggling. Ugh. When this is over, I'm going to take a long vacation. I won't come looking for you. You'd better not come looking for me, either.
	(Ispins Prelude) Siran The Time Gate doesn't really affect history, but these rifts do and that's making me really nervous. There are only so many errors that the Time Lords can correct, you know. I guess we'll just have to do what we can and hope for the best.
	(Post-Machine Revolution) Siran It's been a while, but so far, so good. Is everything really over? I keep thinking something else will show up from other there. Don't you?
	(Post-Machine Revolution) Siran Are you still thinking about what Bakal said? So am I. I'm still confused. I don't know what he meant by the truth, either. I know we shouldn't believe everything he said, but there has to be some truth in it, doesn't it [sic]? I'm going to look into that as soon as we go back to reality after this mess.

Intimate	Siran Wow, you're really diligent; you can't seem to stop moving even for a few seconds. Why are you so busy all the time? Some pretty wildflowers have bloomed in that corner over there. Why don't you go take a look? Look up the sky and watch the clouds, too, while you're at it. Live a little, or you'll regret it later. You got that? Good, then go get me some wine. It's a perfect day to have a drink.
	Siran You've gone through a lot, I know, but I've gone through so much more, given my age. I'm ready to retire and live in peace, but I can't. Part of it is because of my nosiness, but also others wouldn't leave me alone. I'm tired of people trying to use me to advertise themselves. I want to know who put that idea into the people's heads in the first place. Argh!
	Siran There's a saying, "Life is nothing special." It doesn't mean life is not special; it means your life is no more special than anyone else's. There's only so much you can do about your life. If you can't change something, then you shouldn't lose sleep over it. Instead, you should take things as they come. I'm not trying to belittle what you're going through, but you need to take a step back from yourself sometimes and think things more clearly.
	Siran Ugh, my back! I can't sit on my butt for too long because then my back hurts. You want to give me a massage? Humpf, forget it. I don't want to give others more reasons to gossip over me. They already look askew at me because they think I'm acting like an old man, when I'm really one. Trust me, getting old like everyone else is better than looking young and feeling old on the inside.
Affectionate	Siran When I was young, I traveled around the world, just like you do now. Hmpf, you know what I mean-when I really was young. Anyway, in my time, I heard and saw many things that were hard to believe at first. You know, friends betraying and killing each other and whatnot. And such things happen all the time. Crazy and dangerous sorts are everywhere, and if you don't want to get involved with them, then you'll have to avoid them. Now, how can you avoid such people? You have to be able to recognize them at first sight. That is, you should meet many different people and learn to recognize their traits. ...Mm, why am I telling you this? Oh gosh, you're such a good listener that I'm telling you anything and everything that comes to mind. I'm getting senile in my old age. Forgive me, will you?
	Siran I'm tired of Woo nagging at me about drinking. Why is it so bad that I like drinking? There are more dangerous things than alcohol, and I'm not an alcoholic. Those who drink too much have no self-control, and it's their problem, not alcohol's. Now, be a good girl and go pick up my wine from Woo, will you? She wouldn't give it to me. Don't look at me like that. I'll share it with you. You may not know this, but I don't drink with others often. It's because Woo doesn't like it. Sometimes I feel as if she's my wife, not my student. I can't wait to give her away in marriage, though I feel sorry for whoever becomes her husband. If you know a decent guy, take pity on me and fix her up with him, will you?
	Siran I've been watching you, and I can't believe how fast you're growing. It's so fast, it's almost unreal. Well, everything you've experienced is unreal. Then again maybe it's not you, but it's me who is unable to accept the changes that have been made to this world. Maybe I'm too old.
	Siran Why did I learn to use a sword? Why do you ask? No, tell me: why do you want to know? Do you want to learn how to use a sword? You see, those who really want to learn something try it first and ask later. Only those who are unsure what they want to do ask questions because they need a reason not to do it. All right?

Special	(Upon gifting Sayoung's Sword) Siran Wait, this sword...! Where did you get this? Narration As soon as Siran recognized the sword, an unusually serious look came upon his face. I told him about the Imposter I encountered in the dark elf kingdom and how I got this sword with his name engraved on it from him. Siran listened with his eyes closed, his breathing slow and measured. Siran ...I see. Sayoung, that poor wretch. He went all the way there just to suffer in misery... That Imposter you met was Sayoung, my student. Since he was young, he liked to train by himself, away from the public, so not many people know that he was my student. But I... I usually don't say cheesy things like this, but I really cared about him. He was so passionate about everything. Ambitious, too. That was why I gave him this old sword of mine. He would've become a great swordsman if he just focused on his training, but he was so impatient to become strong that he messed with some strange book and even challenged his teacher. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't upset when he left, but now that I know what happened to him... Hah hah. Narration For a moment, I thought his eyes were glistening with unshed tears. But Siran, who rarely showed his true feelings, quickly gathered himself and smiled. Siran But he's at peace now because of you. Thank you for being with my student in his final moments. Mind if I keep this sword? Even though Sayoung left this place, I'm sure he always wanted to come back. Perhaps if I keep this sword here, he'd come back in spirit. Thank you for your understanding.
