Description
Giant Weapons' increase 
Hit Rate and Physical/Magical Atk., and decrease skill cooldown. Battle Axes and Rosaries negate weapon's Skill MP Cost and Cooldown Reduction/Bonus effects.
Blue Dragon Hammer, 
Draconic Sanctum, and 
Nature's Five: Quintuple Reprisal cant be affected by such weapon effects.
The MP/Cooldown Negation effect is disabled in the Arena.
