Briefing	I remember seeing an ocean in the middle of the Tower when I was falling from Empyrean. I dropped right into the water, which must've been how I survived. Castellan's Chamber, where Light Castellan Sieghart resides, is somewhere in the Middle Ocean, but the ocean is so vast! My guess is that you'll have a hard time locating the chamber. It'll be tough, but we still have to try!
