Usually the term "Magical Weapon Atk." is used when a skill is a buff to the base stats. An example of this would be something like  Hit Bleed. Normally, "Magical Atk." is attributed to just damage dealt by a skill. In this case, it may just be a consistency typo.

So for  Lantern Firebomb, I'd say put "Magical Atk." However, since we're going to state that this skill does magic damage in the Attributes section of the page with the Skill UI icons, you could even minimize the column heading to just "Atk." or "Explosion Atk."

It's up to you. I trust your judgment.

Oh, if you find any skills that you are unable to find skill growth information on, just let me know. Certain skills like  Nen Flower and  Swift Demon Slash have values that are displayed incorrectly in the in-game tooltip. So in these particular cases, it may require a bit of research.

Another thing, my Tactician's Contract is going to expire in seven days. So within the next seven days, I will be updating the following skills:  Nen Flower,  Lion of Suju,  EMP Storm,  Astral Storm,  Teana Transformation,  Elemental Burst,  Ice Chain,  Seven Sins of Corruption,  Pegasus Assault,  Evil God Mayhem,  Roaring Lightning,  Price of Mistrust,  Aura Javelin,  Fury: Black Armageddon,  Dragon Slayer (Dragoon),  G-Widow,  Blitzkrieg, and  Burst Field. So don't worry about them if you come across them.
