Snow White Tagor is a revived and mechanized version of Silver Light Tagor who appears as the end boss of Bleeding Underground Passage.

Lore

Pandemonium War Lore:

"Tagor won it. It's Tagor's." "Why not? Tagor is right. Listen to Tagor, or she'll kill you." "Tagor will kill you, kill you, kill yooouuu!"

Her shouts are swallowed up by the darkness, and her remaining conscious is driven by murderous anger. Tumorous masses of greed, shame, jealousy, and contempt deprive her of her senses, forcing her to rely on the unfamiliar sound of metal scratching against metal. It shines. It sparkles. It's cold, pointy, and very hard. The girl, who's embraced everything she's desired, opens her eyes, her body clothed in a white dress.

"...Booster, on." [1]

Pandemonium War Character Book:

Female in her 20s. A masterpiece of a mysterious scientist who has joined Kashipa, she's a beautiful combat robot that kills enemies before her eyes, following her master's orders.

When this weapon was first presented to the members of Kashipa, the rumor was that the leader of the Skull Birds who went missing from the Royal Casino had returned. It didn't last long.

Snow White Tagor, despite her outwardly resemblance to the wardmancer, was only a hollow vessel, void of emotions or will. But then, a new rumor spread, this one being similar to an urban legend. Sometimes, a metallic voice can be heard mumbling in the lab after everyone has left. [2]

History

Sometime after Tagor was killed by Yom's Shadow Beast, Garum back in Royal Casino, Gizel Logan came across her body and reconstructed the Kashipa wardmancer into a battle cyborg who is now programmed to obey his every order, but somehow manages to regain consciousness of her memories when nobody is around. She is confronted when the Adventurer being accompanied by Smilla and Rhum travel through Bleeding Underground Passage during Pandemonium War, ordered by Gizel to stop them from going any further. After being defeated, the Adventurer notices Tagor is muttering out different words while in pain, with Smilla scolding them for sympathizing with a Kashipa, and tells them to keep going.

As an Enemy

Move Set

  • Drill Punch: She can transform her hand into a drill and thrusts it forward, dealing moderate multi-hit damage.
  • Spinning Kick: Tagor deals a close ranged kick attack.
  • Drill Dash: A variation of Drill Punch where it makes her dash in a front line instead.
  • Bust Laser Beam: Tagor fires out a large purple energy laser from her chest that deals multi-hit potentially lethal damage if hit by the attack.
  • Target Acquired: Tagor randomly targets a player showing a purple indicator below them and begins to spin around creating purple energy tornadoes throughout the entire room while going after that targeted player, being very similar to Prey-Isys's Night worldline of My wind shall cleave the sky! pattern that can deal multi-hit heavy to fatal damage, resulting in death if caught within' her range. The untargeted players should dodge the tornadoes and stay far away until the pattern is over.
  • Skirt Missiles: Tagor flies forward to drop numerous missiles down on the floor showing purple targets on where they'll land and explode on contact.
  • Elimination Mode: Tagor flies upwards and will now target the entire party as she prepares to fire down a volley of missiles bombarding the floor, including purple laser beams that are identical to Caligo Luke's Laser Tracker pattern that slowly follows after players.
  • Berserk
    • Dimensional Ward: After 45 seconds within' the fight, Tagor flies upwards to the top center and deploys a purple energy field around herself that looks identical to Specialist's Burst Field.png Burst Field and becomes invulnerable throughout this pattern. While the field's active, hexagonal red plates are created in various places on the map that damages players who step in them. In order to lift the field and get Tagor into her groggy state, there are mechanical-modified mobs that drop down from the sky, including a red colored one carrying a data circuit on it's back. Party members should focus on killing that specific monster, pick up the dropped circuit and head towards Tagor's field to begin a hacking sequence mini-game that shows a screen of six digit direction keys where that player must enter in the correct order of keys shown on the screen within a certain time limit shown below those keys.
There are a total of three blue circular lights above the timer gauge and each time a hacking sequence succeeds, a single light is deactivated and once all three are off, the field vanishes and Tagor enters her groggy stage for 20 seconds.
Failure to meet the requirements will result in Tagor causing an AoE instant-kill party wipe.

Strategy

  • Tagor's attack patterns are quite strong enough to kill party members, but performs them quite slowly to be avoidable, so it's best to stay behind her and focus on surviving.
  • During Elimination Mode, everyone should spread out in corners to avoid coming into contact with each other during this pattern while dodging both missiles and lasers respectively.
  • The hacking sequence with Dimensional Ward requires a good amount of reflexes when hitting the arrows properly. If you're not confident, don't pick up the circuit and have someone in your party who can do the pattern before it results in failure.
  • One she is groggy, have Crusader/Enchantress to deploy their Apocalypse (Male Crusader).png Apocalypse/Crux of Victoria.png Crux of Victoria/Marionette (Enchantress).png Marionette and dispatch of Tagor before she repeats her patterns.

Quotes

Trivia

Etymology

  • In cDNF, her name is translated as "银白妲可儿", which means "Silver White Tagor"; while in kDNF, her name is "백색의 타고르", which means "White Tagore".
  • Her global moniker, Snow White suggests that she's based on the fairy tale's character along with its symbolism found throughout the story:
    • Color Trio: Red (Life), White (Innocence) and Black (Death).
    • Resurrection: She was killed by Yom and brought back to life as a cyborg by Gizel.

Concept

Miscellaneous

  • Although lore suggests that she "was only a hollow vessel, void of emotions or will", actually she regains consciousness and suffers from extreme pain when the cyborg system gets tampered. This can be shown by her groggy voices, death voices and storyline dialogues.
