Rowan Harper is a member of the Empyrean Nobility and part of the Northpiece army. She presents herself before the Adventurer in an attempt to end their resistance against the coup, and though is quickly dispatched, her son Cohen arrives and begs the Adventurer to spare his mother, and swears to say nothing of their presence in Northpiece.
