Description

Summons an amulet that restricts the movement of any enemies in its radius. Decreases the  Movement Speed, Jump Height,  Hit Rate, and  Fire Resistance of enemies in range. The amulet can only be destroyed by Melee attacks. The amulet's effect weakens against Boss, Champion, and Named monsters.
The Fire Resistance feature is disabled in Arena.

- Applies an Abnormal status that decreases Movement Speed and Jump Height.
