Description

Summons a lightning cloud over enemies. The lightning cloud drops vajra-shaped lightning bolts at regular intervals on the Indra's target. The lightning cloud, upon it's expiration or when the skill hotkey is pressed again before its' expiration, drops all the remaining vajras, and then creates a giant vajra to finish off enemies. The vajras inflict  Electrocution (Status).
