Description
Increases the HP threshold and proc chances for Demonic Power and adds additional fixed damage against immobilized targets by it. Whenever an enemy is killed by Demonic Passive a mist is generated granting an increased skill damage buff that stacks. All parameters are specified (i.e. may be affected by skill level). Initially stacks up to 5 times.
